You will receive a 48 hours text message reminder to the number provided upon intake, which gives you 24 hours to cancel free of charge. Insurance and EAP does not cover late cancellations and no show appointments.

Sessions must be canceled by phone call only at 352-462-5902 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or there will be a missed session fee of $75.

No call no show appointments will be charged $95.

Once you have three missed/ late cancellations, you will only be scheduled upon availability.

Thank you for understanding. A 50-minute time slot is a big space to fill. It would be difficult for someone to fill an appointment time on late notice. I appreciate the respect of not only me. but other clients time and value.
